Most approaches to leadership and personal development focus primarily on competencies or capabilities, overlooking inner drives and motivations. When leaders discover not only what they are doing but also why they are doing it, they see how these underlying assumptions impact their effectiveness.
Our principal consultant Jacquelin Cheung has over 25 years of HR and leadership development experience across industries. She previously worked for KPMG as Learning and Development Manager designing programmes across Hong Kong and Greater China. Jacquelin specialises in talent selection and development, executive coaching, performance management, team building and Enneagram training. She is a certified Enneagram teacher by the Enneagram Institute and a certified assessor and trainer in multiple leadership methodologies.
