Why do the same patterns
keep showing up in your life?

The Enneagram offers a map—not a label—to understand your patterns, your strengths, and the quiet ways you hold yourself back.

You're capable. You're trying. So why does it feel stuck?

You show up. You work hard. You want to grow. Yet somehow, the same struggles surface again and again.

Maybe it's the way relationships feel just out of reach. Or how no matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough. Perhaps it's the sense that you're playing a role—even with people you trust.

These aren't flaws. They're patterns. And patterns can be understood.

If any of these land, you're not alone. And there's a way forward.

The Enneagram is a map, not a label

It's not about putting you in a box. It's about giving you a lens to see yourself more clearly.

The Enneagram describes nine core motivations—nine ways people move through the world, protect themselves, and seek meaning. Each has its own wisdom. Each has its own blind spots.

When you recognize your type, something shifts. Not because you've been diagnosed, but because you've been seen. You start to notice the automatic reactions, the inner scripts, the quiet fears that have been running the show.

And once you see them, you can choose differently.

The red dot is where it begins

Think of the red dot as a pause. A moment of recognition. A small, honest acknowledgment: Oh. That's me.

It's not dramatic. It's not a breakthrough. It's just the beginning of awareness.

From there, everything becomes possible. Because you can't change what you can't see. And once you see it—really see it—growth becomes a choice, not a struggle.

The 90-Day Personal Growth Journey

Real change doesn't happen in a single insight. It happens in small, steady practices over time.

The 90-Day Journey is a daily companion for quiet transformation. Each day, you receive a short reflective prompt, a practice, or a reframe—something small enough to fit into your life, meaningful enough to shift how you show up.

It's not about perfection. It's about presence. About noticing. About choosing one degree differently, day after day.

By the end, you won't be a different person. You'll be more yourself—just with more clarity, more choice, and more ease.

Workshops: Go deeper, together

Some insights land best in community. In a room (or a Zoom) where others are asking the same questions, doing the same work, holding the same hope.

Our workshops are small, safe, and designed for real exploration—not performance. You'll go deeper into your type, understand the people in your life more clearly, and practice new ways of showing up.

No hype. No pressure. Just honest conversation and thoughtful guidance.

About the coach

I didn't come to the Enneagram as an expert. I came to it as someone stuck in my own patterns, wondering why the same struggles kept showing up no matter how hard I tried.

The Enneagram gave me a way to see myself—not to fix myself, but to understand myself. And in that understanding, I found space to choose differently.

Now, I guide others through the same process. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who's walked the path and knows how much clarity—and freedom—can come from a single honest look inward.

This work isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming more awake. More honest. More yourself.
